Lead Pointer "tortoise"

分度器ドットコムオリジナルシリーズ "CUA product" のためにデザインした多穴芯研器です。

芯ホルダーの芯を研ぐための製品ですが、文具店やデザイン用品店では2mmと3.15mm用の芯研器しか見当たりません。
ちょっと特殊ですが、1.18mmのメカニカルペンシルや色芯が豊富な3.8mm、スケッチなどに使う5.8mmの芯はやすりで芯先を研ぐことしかできないという不便を解消するためにデザインしました。

対応する芯は
1.18mm（1.3mm）
2.0mm鈍角（色芯対応）
2.0mm鋭角（黒鉛芯対応）
3.0〜3.2mm
3.8mm
5.6〜5.8mm
になっています。

６種類＋αの芯に対応した六角形のボディーは工業用樹脂のポリエーテルイミド (ウルテム／ULTEM)で、半透明の質感を持っています。サイズは携帯性を持たせるために対辺寸法で30mm、厚さ20mmとしました。

We design one of CUA products multi leads sharpener " Tortoise " that is BUNDOKI.COM limited exclusive product.

We can find lead shepener for 2mm and 3.15mm leads at the art store or design article store, but the sharpener for 1.18mm, 3.8mm or 5.8mm lead might not be able to find at any stores.
This product solves an inconvenience of difficulty to sharp following lead size:

1.18mm lead (and a part of 1.3mm leads)

2.0mm lead (obtuse angle for color leads)

2.0mm lead (acute angle for carbon leads)

3.0~3.2mm lead

3.8mm lead (and a part of 4.0mm leads)

5.6~5.8mm lead

The hexagonal body that correspond with 6 kinds of lead size made in "ULTEM" and has translucent feel of material. To keep in portable, we designed this product with size of 30mm(W) x 20mm(H).



2.0mmと3.2mmは従来の芯研器よりも削り角度をやや鈍角にして芯が折れ難く、ペンの口金から芯の先端までの形がきれいに整い、また先端を見たときの痛そうな感じが少なくなるようにしてあります。

Regarding the 2mm and 3.2mm parts, we made a sharpen angle obtuse, compare to other lead sharpeners to prevent damaging point of lead. And also shape of lead is in order and smooth to the very end of tip.



3.8mmと5.6〜5.8mmの太い芯は、柔らかい芯を使うときに書出しで芯先が崩れないよう鈍角に研ぐようになっています。

芯を研ぐときの感触、尖り具合、質感など満足できる仕上がりになりました。
